An Immigrant Archive Project film: Meet Carlos P. Quintela, a member of the Cuban diaspora who was a victim of political persecution at the hands of the Castro regime. Mr. Quintela organized a daring prison escape and made his way to the United States, where he rebuilt a productive life in the aftermath of his migration.
