Saved by Lionel Messi: Esther Cuño’s remarkable story is one of many featured in Voces del 7 de octubre, a new documentary film which details the October 7th Hamas massacre in Israel, through the experiences of the country’s Latino immigrant community. The film is produced by Fuente Latina and the Immigrant Archive Project, and directed by Tony Hernandez.
Dozens of survivors have been interviewed in the making of this documentary. Funds are currently being raised to complete the post-production phase.
